Price and delivery

The price shown is the whole price: 300 ₾ for a piece from your photo, 350 ₾ for two people in one photo, 250 ₾ for a catalogue work. It includes gift wrapping with a bow, your greeting printed on the back, and delivery anywhere in Georgia: in Tbilisi by courier, to other cities by a transport company. We agree the day with you when you approve the sketch. An urgent piece, made in 1 day, costs 50 ₾ more.

Payment

Nothing is paid before you have seen and approved the free sketch. Then the full price is paid in advance by bank transfer, before we start making the piece.

Returns

A piece made from your photo is made for you alone, so it cannot be returned (Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights, article 14(2)(c)). This does not touch your rights if a piece arrives damaged or not as agreed: write to us and we will put it right.

A catalogue work can be returned within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by e-mail, Instagram or Facebook, then send the work back undamaged within 14 days; the cost of sending it back is yours. We refund the full price within 14 days of the day you tell us, to the account you paid from. We may wait until the work is back with us or you show us proof that you sent it, whichever comes first.

Questions and complaints

Write to us first: we answer within 24 hours. If we cannot settle it between us, you can turn to the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency.
